How long is the CleanerOnly sanitizing cycle time?

- 20min, 30min and 40min - three time working mode and automatic power off.This is required for proper sanitizing and to allow time for O3 to decompose back into oxygen. Engineering does not change this fact.

Will my CPAP equipment will be wet from the CleanerOnly?

- No. The CleanerOnly disinfects with activated oxygen(Ozone). No fluids or water are used in the process.

Does it clean the entire CPAP machine?

- Yes. It is designed to clean the CPAP machine, mask and tubing.

Does the CleanerOnly need filter?

- No. It requires no maintenance or filter replacement.

Does the CleanerOnly require distilled water?

- No. It generates ozone for cleaning.

Is the CleanerOnly harmful to me or the environment?

- No. The activated oxygen generator is always kept as a safe level and never reaches the outside environment.

Does the CleanerOnly work with a heated hose?

- Yes. The heated hose adapter is included.

How often should you use this device?

- Once or twice a weekis recommended.

Dose the CleanerOnly include the bag?

- Yes. The zipper travel bag is included and it’s for mask sanitization or to carry the device and accessories.

My CPAP mask feels oily, what should I do?

- Some individuals with an oily skin type may need to hand-wash the mask occasionally before sanitization.

How many cleanings can youget from a totally charged battery?

- It can provide 8-12 times working with a totally charged battery.

Does this leave an odor?

- Minor. It blows regular air for 10-15 minutes at the end of the cycle.

Is charging required before first usage?

- No. Please drain the battery before charging for the first time.
